Rocket Partners consultants are passionate about solving complex technology challenges for our clients and harnessing the power of the cloud to accelerate creative solutions.

We are looking for an experienced cloud application support and integration specialist to join our growing team of experts.  

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in client and integration partner team meetings 
  • Proactively and reactively investigate infrastructure, data, and integration issues
  • Educate integration partners on the technical aspects of integrating with the APIs and other technologies Rocket Partners develops for our clients
  • Provide level 3 helpdesk investigative and diagnostic support for issues that arise in integration, QA, and production environments.
  • Create defect tickets as required to resolve any issues discovered
  • Communicate and coordinate with clients, partners and Rocket Partners development teams to ensure timely resolution of all issues

Requirements:

  • Level 3 helpdesk diagnostic experience or equivalent technical investigative experience
  • Working understanding of cloud microservice architectures as needed to facilitate and lead complex training and diagnostic conversations
  • Experience with AWS Console usage to investigate infrastructure performance and issues.
  • Hands on working knowledge of SQL
  • Ability to learn and use a large number of complex functional and technical details

Education Requirements:

  • Degree in Math or Computer Science or equivalent technical qualifications

Nice to Have:

  • Retail technology experience including POS integration, inventory management, and loyalty program design.
